**Vos missions**:
Au sein du pôle Immobilier et Programmation, nous recherchons un(e) Gestionnaire Locatif spécialisé(é) en baux commerciaux qui sera en charge de l'aspect administratif des contrats de baux. Le poste est évolutif.
Vos principales missions sont les suivantes:
- Dès la signature d'un nouveau bail commercial ou acquisition par croissance externe : Intégration du nouveau bailleur dans notre base de données, notamment les informations clés du bail (adresse, surface, durée du bail, dates clés, loyers, charges, etc.),
- Assurer la relation externe avec les bailleurs, les entités externes (syndics, service des impôts, etc.) et interne avec les différents services (comptabilité, juridique, etc.),
- Contrôle des régularisations des charges annuelles transmises par les bailleurs,
- Gestion des recouvrements et des contentieux avec l'appui de notre service juridique,
- Gestion de la fin du bail (clôture des comptes).
**Votre profil**:
- Vous disposez d'une connaissance solide sur les baux commerciaux d'un point de vue juridique, technique et comptable,
- Idéalement titulaire d'un Master 2, vous disposez d'une expérience de 2 ans minimum dans un poste similaire. Rigueur, organisation et implication sont de véritables atouts pour ce poste.
