We are seeking an experienced and qualified MIT (Manager In Training) Restaurant Supervisor for our Parisian establishment. Candidates must hold valid work authorization according to French legislation. Proficiency in French and English is required. Position based in Paris.

Profile:

The role of Restaurant Supervisor is part of the Four Seasons Training Programme for future managers (Manager In Training) aiming to develop the knowledge and skills necessary for a supervisory position. Over 18 months, the Restaurant Supervisor will work in various departments to gain a comprehensive overview of the division and its challenges.

Initially, they must cover all employee functions and be well-versed in the different service sequences of each entity. Subsequently, depending on the learning pace, they will progress to team supervision roles to ensure quality service delivery to our clients in line with Four Seasons standards. Upon completion, they will continue in a similar role or move to an Assistant Director position based on performance and availability.

The Restaurant Supervisor reports to the management team and closely collaborates with all hotel departments. They should be skilled and experienced in service, possess excellent teamwork abilities, have a polished appearance, and strong interpersonal skills to cater to high-end clientele expectations. Organizational skills are also crucial. Ultimately, their supervisory qualification entails daily team management to unite and enhance each team member's skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer pleasant, efficient, and professional service to clients according to Four Seasons standards.
  • Ensure smooth service sequences carried out by teams to provide clients with a unique service experience.
  • Support employees based on service activity.
  • Understand daily instructions and follow up.
  • Familiarity with software used in the sales point (Micros, Opera...).
  • Assist in integrating and training new employees and help them with their tasks.
  • Maintain and upkeep various workspaces and equipment provided.
  • Keep management informed of any client complaints and devise solutions to resolve issues.
  • Actively participate in managing different services to sustain business operations.
