Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recherchons un/une revenue manager pour la gestion de ces 3 établissements hôteliers : L'abbaye des Vaux de Cernay (ouvert en octobre 2023), la Villa M et le Refuge de Solaise.

**Les missions principales**:
Rattaché(e) au Directeur des Revenus et de la Distribution, véritable « Ambassadeur » du Revenue Management pour les hôtels, vous appliquer les stratégies et actions au quotidien au service de la performance économique.

**Vos principales responsabilités sont les suivantes**:
\- Mise à jour quotidienne des différents outils permettant d'optimiser le CA ainsi que l'ensemble des KPI's (TO, PM, Revpar, Trevpar,).

\- Forecasting et analyse des performances réalisées. Proposition quant aux leviers d'optimisation identifiés au travers de veilles concurrentielles, tarifaires, de distributions et digitales.

\- Établir la politique de pricing et de distribution pour chaque établissement compte tenu de leurs particularités.

\- Réalisation et mise à jour des rapports d'activité mensuels et des Yields meetings, des tableaux de bords RM et tous supports de travail RM.

\- Développement et optimisation de la visibilité sur les différents canaux de vente en collaboration avec la chargée de mise en marché.

\- Suivi, analyse et optimisation des réservations en collaboration avec le service réservation (inventaire, restrictions, ajustements).

\- Prospection des nouveaux partenaires, référencement et mise en place sur les plateformes de distribution.

\- Participation à la construction de la stratégie tarifaire, des budgets hôtels et outils pour les nouveaux projets hôteliers.

\- Benchmark et analyses diverses.

Formation BAC+5 Ecole de commerce ou hôtelière.

1ère expérience dans la fonction Revenue Management (minimum 2 ans).

Goût du challenge dans un environnement dynamique et entrepreneurial.

Excellent relationnel, proactivité, sens des responsabilités.

Orienté solution et aisance avec les outils informatiques et logiciels hôteliers (PMS/POS/extranet). La connaissance d'Opera Cloud et TARS est un plus.
