Dans le cadre d'un accroissement d'activité, il recherche un Project Engineering Manager pour son site basé près de Charenton-le-Pont. Rattaché au Directeur de l'Ingénierie, le Project Engineering Manager pilote l'ensemble des aspects techniques d'une affaire, en étroite collaboration avec le Chef de Projet. Vous êtes notamment le garant du respect des délais et budgets des études de l'affaire, ainsi que du haut niveau de qualité attendu. Vos principales missions sont les suivantes: Piloter la conception et l'équipe technique sur affaire (5 à 20 personnes) Piloter les interfaces avec le client et les partenaires pour tous les aspects techniques du contrat Garantir la cohérence des études réalisées dans les différentes disciplines d'ingénierie : Installation générale, chaudronnerie, réfractaires, tuyauterie, charpente, mécanique, procédés fluides, instrumentation, électricité, automatisme... Veiller à ce que les processus qualité et les règles de conception et standards de la société soient bien appliqués par les équipes. Titulaire d'une formation technique en ingénierie, vous disposez d'une expérience d'au moins 7 ans à un poste similaire. Vous êtes force de proposition pour améliorer les méthodes de travail et savez identifier les bons interlocuteurs dans l'organisation. Vos capacités d'adaptation et vos qualités relationnelles vous permettent de prévenir, gérer et/ou résoudre les éventuels conflits. Anglais indispensable. #J-18808-Ljbffr
