Position: Project Engineering Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the technical dimensions of projects in conjunction with the Project Manager,
- Lead the technical team (ranging from 5 to 20 members) and manage relationships with clients and partners,
- Guarantee uniformity in engineering analyses across multiple disciplines, including General Installation, Boiler Making, Refractories, Piping, Structural, Mechanical, Fluid Processes, Instrumentation, Electrical, and Automation,
- Ensure adherence to quality protocols, design standards, and organizational guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Technical engineering background with a minimum of 7 years of experience in a comparable position,
- Proven ability to refine work methodologies and identify key stakeholders within the organization,
- Strong adaptability and interpersonal skills to effectively address and resolve conflicts,
- Fluency in English is required.
