VOTRE MISSION
Au sein de l'équipe Process Engineering, vous contribuez pour SUEZE&C, à la maîtrise de l'ingénierie de process en exécution sur affaires, audéveloppement d'études process dans le cadre de l'amélioration incrémentale denos solutions techniques, au développement de la documentation techniqueprocess de nouveaux produits, à l'amélioration continue.
Vous êtes rattaché(e) hiérarchiquement au Discipline ManagerProcess Engineering.
Les sujets auxquels vous êtes affecté(e) mettent en œuvre desprocédés de traitement d'eau potable, d'eaux usées, de dessalement, debiosolides, biogaz, d'incinération et/ou de traitement d'air.
Vous intervenez en phase ingénierie d'exécution sur des projets dontle marché a été attribué à SUEZ, en France ou à l'International. Vous êtesrattaché(e) opérationnellement à l'Engineering Manager du projet sur lequelvous êtes mobilisé(é). Vos principales missions consistent à réaliser leslivrables process de ces installations (ou les mettre à jour peur ceux initiésen phase offre). Cela comprend en particulier :
- La note de dimensionnement de la filière
- Les notes de calcul process spécifiques aux étapes de traitement retenues sur le projet
- Les PFD et bilans masses
- Les P&ID et listes associées
- Les notices de fonctionnement
Dans le cadre de l'amélioration incrémentale, vous apportez votreexpérience en ingénierie process pour étudier des opportunités visant àaméliorer la compétitivité de nos solutions techniques.
Dans le cadre de support à l'équipe Innovation, vous mettez àprofit votre expérience pour développer les P&ID et notice defonctionnement de nouveaux produits.
Dans l'ensemble de vos missions, vous êtes responsable de :
- respecter les délais de production des livrables dont vous avez la charge et le budget associé,
- coordonner votre activité avec les autres disciplines d'ingénierie travaillant sur le projet/sujet (Mécanique, Installation Générale et Tuyauterie, Electricité / Automatisme / Instrumentation, Hydraulique, Génie-Civil),
- appliquer les standards de SUEZ – T.I. et les processus internes,
- appliquer les règles et principes relatifs à la santé, la sécurité et l'environnement.
Vos interfaces sont les suivants :
Internes :
- hiérarchie opérationnelle du projet (Project Manager, Engineering Manager)
- ingénieurs des autres disciplines (Mécanique, Installation Générale et Tuyauterie, Electricité/Automatisme/Instrumentation, Hydraulique, Génie-Civil)
- référent technique (Process Coordinator)
- experts de la Direction Technique
Externes :
- occasionnellement Ingénieurs Conseils et clients
VOTRE PROFIL
De formation ingénieur ou équivalent universitaire, vous avez une expérience d'au moins 7 ans dans la production de livrables Process dans l'ingénierie de traitement d'eau ou d'au moins 15 ans dans l'ingénierie Process dans d'autres domaines.
Des compétences technologiques sur des équipements associés à ces installations seront appréciées.
- Capacité à travailler en équipes pluridisciplinaires
- Ouverture à l'environnement multiculturel de l'entreprise, capacité à travailler avec des collègues étrangers (en local et/ou à distance)
- Rigueur, organisation, sens de la décision, recherche de l'autonomie
- Capacité à faire avancer ses sujets dans un faisceau d'interfaces et de contraintes multiples (technologie, installation, hydraulique,.../ contractuel, budget, planning, stratégie d'affaire...)
- Anglais de bon niveau indispensable (écrit et parlé)
