ENGIE Group is seeking a highly skilled Process Engineering Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Engineering organization, you will be responsible for leading the process team and ensuring the production of high-quality process engineering deliverables for our projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the process team workload and mobilize engineers in project teams to perform process design, equipment design, and sizing, production of heat and material balances, PFDs, P&IDs, and preparation of process and equipment specifications and data sheets.
- Review and validate contractors' and suppliers' detailed design and plans for commissioning and tests.
- Follow up during construction and commissioning, supporting project teams with site queries, interface management, and change management.
- Ensure that the performance of plants is properly calculated and stretched in compliance with the project's business plan.
- M.S. degree in chemical engineering or equivalent.
- At least 15 years' experience in process engineering positions in energy/water/waste treatment/process industry in an EPC contractor company.
- Experience with working in a project-oriented culture, based on collaborative, agile, and innovative ways of working.
- At least 5 years' experience in team management.
