- Le Senior retail learning Manager sera rattaché au Directeur retail learning de la Direction Retail Learning et Support.
- **Les Missions**
Le/la Senior retail learning Manager pilote les projets "Experiential promise" et "New onboarding » et suit leur concrétisation jusqu'au magasin dans chaque zone.
- Les principales missions seront les suivantes:

- Piloter le projet « Experiential Promise »- Faire évoluer notre promesse d'expérience client
- Décrire les points clés de l'expérience mémorable
- Définir des temps forts autour de l'expérience client
- Accompagner l'agence et organiser les ateliers
- Suivre le déploiement du projet et analyser les résultats
- Piloter le projet « New Onboarding »- Homogénéiser le parcours d'intégration comprenant les pratiques d'apprentissage de tous les nouveaux collaborateurs en magasin
- Accompagner l'agence et organiser les ateliers
- Coordonner et participer à la création des nouveaux outils d'Onboarding avec l'équipe Retail Learning Digital
- Être le référent learning pour la client experience, les selling skills et le clienteling- Développer des outils de Blended Learning sur ces sujets

- 10 ans d'expérience en retail et formation
- Passionné(e) par l'environnement retail
- Adaptation au changement

- Capacité à rapidement s'approprier de nouveaux outils informatiques

Compétences techniques:
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais indispensable
- Expérience en gestion de projet et conception de formations
