Nous proposons aux banques, assureurs, sociétés de gestion et à leurs distributeurs des solutions « no code » de commercialisation en ligne de leurs produits et services financiers en moins d'un mois et sans développement informatique.

Description du poste

Rattaché au customer success manager, vous accompagnerez au quotidien nos clients banques, assurances, sociétés de gestion et distributeurs de produits financiers dans l'utilisation de nos solutions.

Tu seras également en contact direct avec l'équipe produit, l'équipe sales, l'équipe de développement et la direction.

Au poste de customer success officer, tu :


• Accompagneras les clients dans leur Onboarding une fois la vente effectuée (Création et paramétrage de la plateforme et formation administrateur)

• Garantiras une réponse rapide et efficace des demandes des utilisateurs de nos solutions via les différents canaux (téléphone et emails)

• Participeras à l'amélioration de nos guides utilisateurs en ligne

• Communiqueras avec les utilisateurs sur le suivi du traitement de leurs demandes : ouverture, suivi et clôture des tickets incident

Profil recherché

Le poste demande des compétences à la fois techniques et relationnelles.


• Tu disposes d'une première expérience dans un service commercial ou support utilisateurs

• Attentif/ve, tu es à l'écoute de nos utilisateurs tout en faisant preuve d'empathie,

• Tu as une très bonne compréhension des technologies et du numérique,

• Tu es proactif et sais être force de proposition,

• Tu es bon dactylo et ton orthographe est irréprochable,

• Tu maîtrises l'anglais (d'autres langues sont un plus)

• Tu apprends vite.
