**Responsabilités & Objectifs**

Le Customer Development Manager Ecommerce aura la responsabilité d'accélérer la transformation de la marque et développer la catégorie des jus en saisissant l'ensemble des opportunités offertes par le Ecommerce (Drive & Pure Players)

Soyez un contributeur clé à la transformation numérique avec l'accélération du commerce électronique

**Missions**:

- Définir et mettre en place la stratégie catégorielle et les plans d'actions clients qui permettent d'atteindre les objectifs de l'entreprise et du client
- développement de la catégorie et de la marque, tout en assurant une croissance profitable en Drive et auprès des Pure Players (Amazon, quick commerce etc)
- Créer une relation de partenariat efficace avec nos clients pour optimiser ventes et profitabilité au travers des leviers: assortiment, inno, emerch, promo mais également en s'appuyant fortement sur l'ensemble des leviers digitaux
- Recommander le budget annuel et assurer la mise en place des solutions d'activation les plus adaptées par client
- Assurer le tracking des performances de la marque en Ecommerce
- Être le garant de la culture EComm, le référent sur les tendances, actualités et l'ensemble des outils ECommerce
- Être le créateur de nouvelles opportunités en Ecommerce
- Rechercher constamment des opportunités pour générer une croissance rentable supplémentaire et travailler en étroite collaboration avec des ressources internes alignées afin d'optimiser les produits PepsiCo sur les plates-formes des détaillants.
- Travailler conjointement avec les équipes Marketing Digital à l'identification d'assets
- pertinents à déployer chez nos clients online

**Profil**
- Passionné par le digital, vous ê tes curieux des tendances et nouveaux outils
- Expérience en Ecommerce (Drive GMS ou Pure Players)
- Expérience confirmée en Category Management & experience nego serait un plus (KAM)
- Gestion d'équipe du représentant des ventes, avec de solides antécédents
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication - impliquez et influencez de multiples parties prenantes pour établir de solides relations de travail et en emmener d'autres avec vous.
- Très à l'écoute, doté d'un très bon sens relationnel, vous ê tes capable de créer une forte relation de confiance et de collaboration avec vos clients
- Votre leadership et votre esprit entrepreneurial vous permettent de challenger positivement les équipes, les activités existantes, d'ouvrir de nouvelles perspectives et de transformer vos projets.
