Coface is a leader in trade credit insurance and risk management, and we're looking for a driven Sales Development Representative to help us increase our sales pipeline and support our growth on the French Market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inbound Lead Qualification
    • Quickly respond to and qualify marketing-generated inbound leads through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
    • Understand and analyze potential clients' needs, aligning them with our solutions.
    • Schedule meetings and demos with qualified leads for the sales team.
  • Outbound Prospecting
    • Proactively identify and engage potential customers through targeted outbound efforts, including calls, emails, and other communication channels.
    • Research and map out key decision-makers within target accounts to establish active communication and engagement with new prospects.
    • Clearly communicate our value proposition to generate interest and set up meetings for the sales team.
  • Pipeline Management and Reporting
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead information in the CRM system.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
    • Provide feedback and insights on lead quality, market trends, and prospecting strategies.
Qualifications
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales development or business development, with a focus on upper mid-market or enterprise clients.
  • Strong commitment to relationship-building.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and match them with our solutions.
  • Highly motivated and tenacious, with a proactive and result-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics) and other sales enablement or prospecting applications.
