As a key player in our sales process, you will be responsible for qualifying inbound leads, conducting outbound prospecting, and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Inbound Lead Qualification: Respond to and qualify marketing-generated inbound leads through calls, emails, and other communication channels, analyzing potential clients' needs and aligning them with our solutions.
- Outbound Prospecting: Proactively identify and engage potential customers through targeted outbound efforts, researching and mapping out key decision-makers within target accounts to establish active communication and engagement.
- Pipeline Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead information in our CRM system, collaborating with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads and providing feedback and insights on lead quality, market trends, and prospecting strategies.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales development or business development, with a focus on upper mid-market or enterprise clients.
- Strong commitment to relationship-building, excellent verbal and written communication, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and match them with our solutions, with a highly motivated and tenacious mindset.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and other sales enablement or prospecting applications.
