Vous rejoindrez notre entité "Conseils et Prestations de Service" en qualité de Digital Solution Manager en vue de prendre part à un important projet de gestion de cycle de vie d'une solution numérique dans un contexte international.
**Le contexte client**:
Notre client intervient sur le secteur de l'énergie, depuis de nombreuses années et à l'échelle internationale.
Aujourd'hui, afin de renforcer leurs équipes, vous allez intervenir en tant que responsable de la solution numérique, de la définition des besoins au démantèlement.
**Votre mission**:
- Interagir avec les principaux acteurs commerciaux et technologiques (données et informatique)
- Interagir avec le fournisseur de logiciels et les différents partenaires externes associés
- Gestion des contrats avec les fournisseurs de logiciels
- Rédaction des besoins en exigences fonctionnelles
- Configurer et développer les solutions numériques associés aux exigences fonctionnelles
- En lien avec les acteurs commerciaux et informatiques, construire l'analyse de rentabilisation pour le développement, l'implémentation et le cycle de vie de la solution numérique
- Gérer les phases d'idée et de validation du processus de "stage gate model" ainsi que la gestion du changement
- Veiller au bon déroulement des phases de développement et de déploiement du processus de "stage gate model"
- Implémenter et gérer tout le processus de gestion du cycle de vie de la solution.
- Surveiller les différents KPIs et appliquer ceux concernant la qualité et les performances en fonction du SLA établi.
- Consolider la création de valeur avec l'apport de l'entreprise
- Véritable "ambassadeur de la vision" du produit, vous la transmettrez pendant le développement et le cycle de vie
**Savoir-être**:
- Forte compétences en management et gestion des priorités
- Bonne communication en anglais (écrit/oral)
- Leadership en lien avec les parties prenants
- Être à l'aise à collaborer avec différentes équipes
**Le profil qui correspondra**:
Un profil avec de belles expériences sur la partie business (compréhension des besoins et négociation des contrats), un passionné de l'environnement IT, qui sait avoir une connaissance parfaite du produit et sait travailler selon une méthodologie Scrum
