Digital Product Strategy:

collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute a comprehensive digital product strategy, with a specific focus own EMobG sites & apps, aligned with our company's vision, goals, and market trends.

Identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation to maintain a competitive edge in the mobility service industry.

Product Roadmap Definition:
work closely with the business and product & technical teams in the creation of a strategic product roadmap.

Work closely with stakeholders to define business and investment cases, prioritize features according to value and priorities but also feasibility, based on market research, customer feedback, and overall business objectives.

Use data-driven insights to inform product decisions, improve user experience, and maintain a competitive edge. Ensure the roadmap is communicated effectively across relevant stakeholders.

Product Roadmap Implementation:

oversee the successful execution of the product roadmap by a closed collaboration (as business owner) with product design/discovery and delivery teams, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality digital solutions.

Collaborate with product managers and technical leads to track progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and implement effective solutions. Ensure digital initiatives' expected outcomes are delivered.

Team Leadership and Development:
manage and inspire a talented team. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture, providing mentorship and guidance to team members. Promote personal and professional growth while ensuring the team delivers on goals and objectives.

Innovation:
stay updated on emerging digital technologies, industry trends, and best practices relevant to the mobility service sector. Evaluate and recommend new platforms, tools, and methodologies that can improve our digital platforms.

Stakeholder Management:
collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing, sales, operations, and executive teams, to align digital strategies and initiatives. Communicate progress, gather feedback, and ensure smooth integration of digital initiatives across the organization.
At least 8 years' experience working in Digital Strategy and Digital Product Management or related fields
Proven track record of driving successful digital product strategies and leading digital services roadmap
Knowledge of Travel & Hospitality preferred

Education level / certificates :
Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering

Experience in translating strategic vision into actionable business case & model, product roadmaps and business outcomes. Ability to translate this strategic thinking into compelling communication.

Agile Methodologies:

Experience in applying agile principles to deliver high-quality digital solutions.

Business Acumen:

sound business acumen with a deep understanding of industry dynamics, market trends, and customer needs in the mobility service sector.

Ability to align digital strategies with broader business objectives and drive measurable results.

Technical Acumen:
solid understanding of digital & data technologies, platforms, and software development processes. Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and make informed decisions regarding technology adoption and implementation.

Communication and Influencing Skills:

excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and concepts to diverse audiences.

Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive alignment across the organization.
