- Construire votre stratégie de comptes clients et mapping des contacts. Animer l'équipe de
BDR en charge de la prospection froide et de la prise de rendez-vous
- Assurer les rendez-vous auprès d'interlocuteurs de haut niveau (directions RH, directions de
la Formation, achats...), dans une démarche conseil.
- Répondre et gérer des appels d'offres
- Bâtir des offres adaptées aux besoins des clients, en embarquant les Opérations et le Produit
dans les réponses.
- Vous avez la main sur l'ensemble de votre cycle de vente jusqu'à la signature du contrat et le
suivi du client dans la durée, pour renouveler et upseller.
- Vous reportez à notre Responsable Commercial, au sein d'une équipe de 4 personnes
- Vous serez aussi en étroite relation avec le reste de l'organisation Cimes pour participer à la
création de valeur, à l'amélioration continue, à l'organisation de campagnes marketing. Vous
nouez aussi des relations étroites avec les équipes commerciales de la maison mère Cegos et
des filiales européennes.
Nous sommes avant tout à la recherche d'un tempérament chasseur, curieux, dynamique et smart,
transformation de l'outsourcing de la formation.
Diplômé(e) d'une école de commerce ou d'une université de premier plan, vous témoignez d'une
expérience réussie dans la vente complexe auprès de Grands Comptes d'au moins 4 ans.
Idéalement, vous avez déjà adressé les fonctions RH et Formation.
