Make impact as Customer account advisor:
You are responsible for good relations with our customers. You are the dedicated contact person for the customers who report to you. You analyze, process and optimize our services. You study the profitability of customers and prepare appointments for our key accounts. In addition, you support the Customer Service Manager in improving processes and maximizing our impact.

Who you are:

  • Degree in Business and/or Transportation
  • 13 years' experience
  • French, English required
  • Ability to synthesize, autonomy and strong communication/customer relationship skills
