Nous sommes donc à la recherche de notre nouveau **Store and Field Lead | Responsable magasin et terrain Paris**

En tant que Store and Field lead à Paris, vous vous assurez que le service soit impeccable et que chacun de nos clients reparte avec le sourire. Vous êtes proactif, vous avez le goût du travail bien fait et vous êtes en mesure de trouver rapidement des solutions.
Enthousiaste, vous savez motiver vos équipes en montrant l'exemple.
**Vos responsabilités**
- Vous êtes responsable de la gestion quotidienne du magasin et du bon déroulement des opérations, tant au magasin que sur le terrain.
- Vous êtes responsable du recrutement des swappers, de leur formation et de la gestion des plannings.
- Vous êtes responsable de la gestion des Citysweep, la récupération des vélos disparus, et vous vous assurez que nos clients soient sur le bon abonnement.
- Vous coordonnez les activités marketing auxquelles vos swappers participent.
- Vous entretenez des liens étroits avec les équipes du Swapdesk, de l'entrepôt et les responsables marketing et B2B.
- Vous êtes autonome dans la gestion des tâches administratives qui ont trait à votre magasin.
- Vous référez directement au Country Manager France.
**Votre profil**
- Vous avez au moins 2 à 3 ans d'expérience dans le commerce de détail ou une première expérience managériale.
- Vous êtes proactif, vous avez le goût du travail bien fait et vous êtes en mesure de trouver rapidement des solutions.
- Vous obtenez de l'énergie en étant au contact de votre équipe et de nos membres en les aidant de la meilleure façon possible.
- Vous parlez couramment français et anglais.
- Vous avez un permis de conduire ; vous êtes disponible pour travailler à temps plein et idéalement pouvez nous rejoindre dès que possible.
