**Vos missions**:
- Menagement du personnel: Recruter, former, intégrer, évaluer le personnel, accompagner son développement professionnel..
- Définir les objectifs de son équipe, soutenir ses actions tendant vers leur réalisation.
- Gérer les plannings, répartir les tâches
- Être gestionnaire de votre galerie.
- S'assurer de la bonne gestion du back-office : stock, approvisionnement, commande client, opération de caisse et inventaire.
**Profil recherché**:
- Orienté commerce, vous maitrisez parfaitement les techniques de vente
- D'excellentes qualités relationnelles
- Une grande rigueur et un sens de l'organisation accrue
- Maitrise de la langue anglaise obligatoire à l'oral ainsi qu'à l'écrit.
- Première expérience dans le domaine de la vente et du commerce obligatoire.
- Profil autonome et proactif.
