Rattaché au Directeur Achats Site, votre mission principale est l'élaboration et l'implémentation de la stratégie achats du/des projet(s) dont vous avez la responsabilité, afin de garantir les performances Qualité Coût et Délais (QCD). Vous êtes l'interface privilégiée entre les Achats et le Projet.
**Vos responsabilités seront**:
Définition et mise en œuvre de la stratégie Achats du projet et respect des engagements QCD:
- Vous établissez la stratégie Achats du projet en ligne avec la stratégie Achats de la plateforme (panel fournisseurs, LCC, double source...)
- Vous participez à la formalisation de la stratégie « Make or Buy » du Projet
- Vous animez la sélection des fournisseurs à travers le processus de Business Award et assurez des arbitrages en cas de conflit
- Vous vous appuyez sur les acheteurs, et les responsables de développement produit/process fournisseurs pour superviser l'exécution des contrats fournisseurs sélectionnés jusqu'aux étapes d'Inspection de Premier Article
Communication des besoins du Projet et assurance de leur prise en compte:
- Vous organisez au sein de l'organisation Achats des réunions de lancement avec les différents sous-systèmes et commodités
- Vous challengez les écarts par rapport aux engagements de l'offre, et intégrez les retours d'expérience, facilitez la coopération entre l'ingénierie et les achats et escaladez les cas de retard important
- Vous veillez à la prise en compte dans la négociation des exigences légales & contractuelles spécifiques du projet avec les fournisseurs
Gestion de l'activité Achat du projet:
- Vous garantissez les objectifs QCD du projet
- Vous participez au comité de management de projet
- Vous collaborez avec les équipes Achats et Procurement pour vous assurer de la bonne livraison des matériels en temps et en heure pour la production
- Vous vous assurez de la tenue à jour du fichier de couverture et des inspections des manquants
Management du/des « WorkPackage(s) Materials » (Budget défini pour les Achats pour chaque Projet):
- Vous assurez la gestion budgétaire de l'ensemble des familles d'Achats sur le Projet depuis engagements pris en phase d'Offre en prenant en compte les risques et les opportunités liés au projet
- Vous pilotez le plan de réduction des couts du projet au sein de l'équipe Achats et vous vous assurer de la reconnaissance de ces actions per le Projet et la Finance
- Vous rendez compte périodiquement lors des revues QCD et des revues Projet (tous les mois et tous les 6 mois) de l'avancement du projet et de sa vision à fin d'affaire (Cost at completion) en termes de coût global (Total Cost of Ownership)
**Votre profil**:
Issu(e) d'une formation supérieure (école de commerce, Master Achats, diplôme d'ingénieur) vous avez plus de 5 ans d'expérience en Achat, Projet, Qualité ou Engineering.
Vous disposez d'une expérience confirmée en Achat.
Votre capacité à définir des priorités, à challenger et à vous engager sur le respect des délais sont clés dans la réussite de votre mission.
Doté d'un bon relationnel, vous êtes autonome et proactif.
Le travail en équipe est primordial.
L'anglais courant est indispensable.
