HR / Payroll Administrator – English / French speaking

Based: Wagram, Paris – Hybrid

Contract: 3-6 Months

Rate: Dependent on Experience

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR/ Payroll professional to join the number 1 Global Entertainment company.

We are looking for someone who has some experience in HR and processing payroll, but who is looking to develop their skills working for a reputable company.

Duties include:

HR

Draft employment contracts, amendments, and work-study contracts. Ensure affiliations to various funds and maintain balance of all accounts.

Handle and follow the Pre-employment declaration process.

Oversee all time management processes using the GTA tool, including leave, RTT, CET, and others.

Manage relationships with mutual insurance, Urssaf, primary health insurance fund, occupational medicine, retirement, and occupational health insurance funds.

Payroll

Supervise payroll operations and coordinate with the service provider for payroll preparation, including employee entry/exit, attendance management, variable elements, transport allowance, and contractual developments. Establish balances of all accounts and control pay slips.

Establish and verify monthly, quarterly, and annual social declarations (DUCS, apprenticeship tax, disability contribution, etc.)
