Position Summary
:Joining Nestlé Purina Petcare Europe means being part of the leading Center of expertise in the Food industry, a welcoming community, encouraging, and virtuous. You will encounter respect and support to grow at various levels.
As an Engineering Project Manager, you will oversee project execution and coordinate contributions from all stakeholders (from project brief to achieving agreed sustained performance) by leading a diverse team focused on managing the company's capital investments in fixed assets. This may include relocating and optimizing existing fixed assets and/or acquiring new ones, covering everything from initial concept to project closure.
A day in the life of a:
- Fulfill Project Brief, project charter, and PMP, and adhere to the gate principle
- Organize project implementation and oversee budgets exceeding 20 Mchf
- Mobilize resources both internally and externally
- Convene steering committee (raise alerts)
- Develop and assess team members
- Lead and mentor the project team
- Oversee project communications
- Handle external interactions outside Nestlé

- Master's degree in Engineering
- 5 years of experience in an international project environment where projects were planned, budgeted, evaluated, and executed (full project life cycle) with PMI certification
- Experience in managing capital investment projects in the food industry, successfully handling projects totaling around 15 Mchf
- Capability to apply engineering expertise to ensure full operational compliance
- Proficiency in English communication
- Must be willing to travel across Europe
- Strong communication abilities
