Il s'agit de la branche HR Corporate d'une DSI où le profil sera responsable de la livraison et du développement des intégrations avec les dernières technologies entre Workday et les applications nouvelles/existantes du groupe.
Ils ont besoin d'un profil qui détient 2 à 5 ans d'expérience sur les intégrations dans les projets d'implémentation Core HR et le support client (développement et configuration, processus de bout en bout, gestion de l'architecture, support des intégrations, tests fonctionnels/techniques).
S'agissant d'un contexte international, l'anglais courant est nécessaire. Un profil dynamique avec une bonne capacité d'adaptation.
Ci-dessous les prérequis :
Connaissance des applications et processus RH (HCM, Paie, Gestion du temps et des présences, Gestion de l?identité, Recrutement and Rémunération et Avantages, etc.)
Connaissance des technologies utilisées pour construire des interfaces système (XML, XSLT, XTT/ETV, Web Services, RaaS, API, MVEL, Java, etc.)
Collaborateur, capable de travailler avec des parties prenantes internes et externes, doté de bonnes compétences interpersonnelles et d'un esprit d'équipe.?
Un communicant efficace doté d'excellentes compétences en matière de communication orale et écrite. ?
Bon niveau d'anglais car contexte international
2 Jours de TT initialement (Premier mois) puis 3 Jours de TT
