We're seeking a talented HRIS Consultant to join our Workday Success Plans Advisory Services Team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers maximize the value they get from their Workday products.
As an HRIS Consultant, you'll deliver a variety of programs and services, including feature assessments, full feature deployments, and tenant reviews. You'll work closely with our Engagement Managers to provide excellent customer service, help customers become more self-sufficient, and stabilize and optimize their Workday applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Engagement Managers to deliver services that include feature adoption workshops, functional reviews, and health checks.
- Deliver additional services, such as basic qualifications, senior functional consultant experience, and language skills.
- Gain a detailed understanding of Workday concepts and new feature releases in Core HCM, areas of expertise, and cross-application features.
- Certify in Workday HCM Products and effectively deploy solutions.
- Experience with influencing, interacting, and collaborating with senior leaders, internally and externally.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Human Capital Management software and consulting experience on medium or large enterprise HRIS projects, or applicable practitioner deployment experience.
- Core HCM, HCM Security, Benefits, Compensation, Talent & Performance, Recruiting, Absence, or Time Tracking experience.
- Language skills in English and one of the following languages preferred: German, French, Italian, or Spanish.
- Bachelor's degree or related experience required.
