**VOS CHALLENGES**:
De chez vous, du bureau, de chez le client, vous interviendrez sur les missions suivantes:
En collaboration avec les managers et associés du cabinet, **vous avez envie**:
Vous serez amenés à participer à des missions de diagnostic de performance et de maturité, de définition de stratégies opérationnelles et de mise en œuvre d'actions d'amélioration, avec le digital et la conduite du changement comme accélérateur. Dans ce cadre, en travaillant sur les axes organisation, pilotage de la performance, compétences, process et outils, vous réaliserez les activités suivantes:
- Conduite d'analyses et observations terrain
- Intégration aux entretiens et à l'animation de réunions chez le client
- Prise en charge de travaux, notamment de synthèse
- Participation à la construction de solutions et à la formalisation de recommandations
- Apprentissage des modes de fonctionnement d'une équipe projet
Vous serez intégrés à la vie et au développement des centres de compétences Operations & Performance Strategy et aurez l'occasion de vous familiarisez avec nos outils et méthodologies de travail.
**VOTRE PROFIL**:
Vous êtes en dernière année d'une grande école d'ingénieur ou de commerce, et prochainement diplômé(e) - recherche une alternance
- Vous êtes fiable, autonome, avec un fort goût pour l'analyse et un bon esprit de synthèse
- Vous faites preuve d'une réelle curiosité intellectuelle et d'une capacité d'adaptation forte
- Vous aimez le travail en équipe et avez un excellent relationnel
- Votre créativité est un plus, tout comme votre capacité à intégrer des dimensions quantitatives, qualitatives, humaines et géographiques
- Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils Excel et, si possible, PowerBi
- Vous avez une pratique courante de l'anglais à l'écrit et à l'oral.
**Localisation**:
Vous serez basé à Paris la Défense dans le cadre d'un stage de 6 mois à partir de Janvier 2023.
