Rattaché(e) à la Direction Contracting et Marchés Privés de PAPREC ENERGIES, vous êtes le lien entre le client Collectivité et les équipes opérationnelles : vous travaillez aux côtés de la Direction et des équipes (notamment les Directeurs d'Usine) pour s'assurer que les engagements contractuels sont réalisés et pour les valoriser auprès des clients.
- Suivi des engagements contractuels:
- Réaliser la revue des contrats en cours et obligations en lien
- Réaliser la revue des Arrêtés d'Exploitation
- Réaliser la mise à jour de la matrice des risques contractuels
- Piloter les indicateurs et risques de pénalités
- Entretenir, développer et optimiser la rentabilité du portefeuille d'affaires notamment à travers la préparation de l'avenantage en lien avec la Direction Juridique
- Production et contrôle des courriers à destination des clients en lien avec les Directeurs Régionaux et les Directeurs d'Usine
- Veillez au suivi de la bonne exécution de ces contrats.
- Rédaction d'avenant:
- Maitriser la rédaction d'avenant dans le cadre de marchés publics
- Être force de proposition sur les leviers juridiques inhérents aux dossiers et sujets traités
- Reporting et Animation:
- Corédaction des rapports annuels (conformité) en lien avec les Directeurs Régionaux et les Directeurs d'Usine ;
- Mettre en avant la valeur ajoutée de nos réalisations à travers les échanges techniques réguliers avec nos Clients Collectivité mais aussi les partenaires institutionnels (AMORCE, FEDENE, etc.) ;
- Identifier et communiquer sur les opportunités d'avenantage en lien avec le Direction Commerciale, la Direction Générale et la Direction Régionale.
- Animer la démarche contractuelle sur les sites auprès des Directeurs d'Usine et des équipes opérationnelles en lien avec la Direction Juridique.
- Valorisation auprès des clients des engagements et des performances réalisées.
- Suivi des demandes des Clients Collectivités:
- Enregistrer et prendre en charge des demandes spécifiques des Clients collectivité et garantir de la collecte des informations demandées auprès des différents services (Demandes, Audit...).
- Suivre et résoudre les sujets Clientèle des collectivités.
De formation BAC + 5, juriste marchés publics avec une appétence technique ou ingénieur ou master métiers de l'énergie et de l'environnement, votre intérêt pour le monde du déchet (recyclage, valorisation énergétique) est indispensable. Vous avez des connaissances en matière de process d'UVE et/ou de méthanisation et ou de compostage.
Expérience requise de contrat public soit lors d'élaboration de contrat commercial ou dans le cadre du suivi de réalisation de contrat
Autonome, vous devez savoir organiser votre travail dans des délais impartis, prendre des initiatives et vous fixer des priorités.
Des connaissances sur la règlementation des marchés publics ainsi que des notions de comptabilité/finance (budget, amortissements, ) seraient un plus.
Capacité forte à créer du lien avec des exploitant - personnalité facilitatrice impliquant de savoir développer un relationnel interne fructueux : exigence et rondeur.
Le poste prévoit des déplacements sur le territoire national (permis B obligatoire)
