Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Contract Manager to join our team in Île-de-France.
The main responsibilities of this role include:
- Defining and evolving the overall contract strategy for the project, covering both the master contract and construction contracts.
- Providing daily contract support to project teams and sharing best practices across the project.
- Assisting market managers in executing and closing construction contracts.
- Preparing letters, new price requests, service orders, and analyzing additional compensation requests.
- Participating in contract reviews to ensure the smooth execution of master contracts and contractor contracts.
- Identifying contractor obligations to anticipate variation requests and claims.
- Analyzing requests for contract evolution or contractor claims, proposing treatment strategies, and evaluating the relevance of financial amounts involved.
- Managing contract perimeter changes and contentious situations.
- Participating in the Final General Definitive Count (DGD) and closing construction contracts.
Expected deliverables include:
- Progress reports, work tracking, and reserve lifting.
- Site meeting minutes.
- Degree in civil engineering, construction, law, or a related field, or Master's degree in project management or public contract law.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in large-scale projects, preferably in infrastructure or construction.
- Thorough knowledge of the Public Procurement Code and CCAG Travaux.
- Experience in similar projects in the infrastructure sector.
- Expertise in the civil engineering, construction, or large infrastructure project sectors.
Technical skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (required).
- Proficiency in Autocad and Revit.
- Excellent French writing skills.
