Position Duties
Gestion de la sous-traitance
- Définir les besoins de sous-traitances des personnages, armes et accessoires en collaboration avec le Lead et le Producer, et aider à trouver et choisir les bons partenaires
- Donner des retours artistiques et techniques synthétiques, clairs et méthodiques aux équipes de sous-traitances, en collaboration avec le Lead
- S'assurer que la production des sous-traitants est organisée et que les fichiers sont propres et sauvegardés sur nos serveurs. Importer les fichiers dans le jeu si nécessaire.
- Gérer le planning de sous-traitance en collaboration avec le Producer pour s'assurer de livraisons optimales
- Être pro-actif dans la communication avec le Lead
Création de personnages et d'objets liés aux personnages
- Modéliser et texturer des personnages 3D intégrables dans notre moteur de jeu
- Respecter les intentions, références, concepts et la direction artistique du projet
- Comprendre les logiciels faisant partie du pipeline Character Art
- Respecter le temps alloué à la création d'une tache donnée
- Avoir de très bonnes aptitudes organisationnelles
- Être proactif quand a la résolution de problèmes
- Dialoguer avec les différents corps de métier pour arriver au meilleur résultat possible
- Maintenir un bon équilibre entre la réalisation artistique et les contraintes techniques
- Savoir faire preuve d'autonomie, et avoir un esprit d'équipe et de partage de connaissances
- Se tenir à jour de l'évolution des techniques contemporaines de création de personnages
- Communication orale et écrite fluide en Français et Anglais
