Within the Group Compensation & Benefits department, you will be a part of the Group Equity team which main missions are:
- Long Term Incentive (LTI): Design, implement and manage the AXA Long Term Incentives plans, through global processes from calibration to grant, vesting, provisioning and recharging across entities ;
- Shareplan: Coordinate, implement and promote the Employee Shareholding operation.
Job purpose
Support of the Equity Manager on both annual LTI process and Shareplan operation at Group level.
Key accountabilities
As Equity Specialist, you'll be expected to work on the LTI annual grant/vesting processes, by:
- Contributing to the individual grant process, through the control and implementation of equity plans in IT tools (considering the plan mechanism and the Group's organization), data consolidation, validation of figures and documentation (review of the plan rules/grant letters) ;
- Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal governance;
- Supporting the AXA entities' Equity correspondents community ;
- Contributing to the LTI reporting requirements.
- Coordinating the Steering Committee, composed of representatives from Group support functions ;
- Managing and supporting the Shareplan Community (Shareplan correspondents) for all participating countries ;
- Preparing for the annual operation, including compliance with French market regulations, key documents review, approval of the main features ;
- Manage interactions on daily operations with our account holder AXA Epargne Entreprise.
Votre profil:
Technical and professional skills
- 35 years' experience, ideally in a Compensation & Benefits, Finance or HR Information System environment ;
- Excellent communication skills; strong English and French writing and speaking skills ;
- Strong technical abilities using Excel and PowerPoint ;
- Technical knowledge related to equitybased compensation processes is a plus, as well as a strong interest in legal and tax law and on finance/stock market mechanisms.
Competencies and approaches
- Ability to understand, analyse and synthetise complex topics ;
- Experience in a multicultural, transversal, or corporate center environment, a plus ;
- Ability to work as a team player and in autonomy ;
- Organized and detailoriented.
