Overview:
The Red Hat Enterprise Sales team is seeking an Enterprise Partner Sales Specialist with a focus on the public sector.

Role Responsibilities:
In this position, you will drive sales initiatives, ensure client satisfaction, and manage partner relationships with both new and existing ISV/GSI/Reseller and Cloud providers within our public enterprise clientele.

You will cultivate and sustain relationships with our internal Ecosystem team as well as with our partners, regional and global system integrators (SIs), and independent software vendors (ISVs).

Key Contributions:
As an Enterprise Partner Sales Specialist, you will act as a Red Hat sales representative and a subject matter expert on business-related challenges faced by our public enterprise customers, effectively communicating the value of Red Hat solutions to your partner sales counterparts.

Your role will be crucial in formulating tailored go-to-market strategies with these partners in the public sector, linking our sales organization with the partner ecosystem at the account level by nurturing new and existing relationships, primarily with the sales, development, and architecture teams of our partners.

In collaboration with our technical teams, you will have the opportunity to design innovative architectural solutions based on Red Hat's technology, aligning them with end customer strategies to maximize opportunities across the entire Red Hat portfolio.

Collaboration and Governance:
You will work closely with partner teams and their technology-focused sales teams to ensure effective customer-partner governance, taking responsibility for key partners and fostering the growth of Red Hat's emerging technology business.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should be highly motivated with the ability to foster connections and collaborate with colleagues across the region. A solid understanding of technology, business development expertise, and excellent communication skills are essential. This position is based in a dynamic work environment.

What You Will Bring:
- Experience managing strategic partners to enhance the ISV, System Integrator (GSI), Reseller, and Cloud providers business within the enterprise sector.
- Proven ability to identify and secure new ISV/GSI/Reseller and Cloud providers partners who are inclined to utilize and advocate for Red Hat as a platform for their business.
- Strong relationship-building skills with partners' Go-to-Market teams to generate significant new business opportunities.
- Experience coordinating proposals and quotes for specific solutions with Partner Account Managers (PAM).
- Ability to facilitate co-development of solutions with local ISV/GSI/Reseller and Cloud providers partners that leverage Red Hat's technologies.
