**Qui est ORYGAMY ?**

Nos activités s'articulent autour du négoce, de la prestation de service et de la distribution, pour des grands comptes de l'industrie, principalement dans le secteur aéronautique.

Nous recherchons un Project manager officer H/F pour venir rejoindre l'équipe fonctions support du groupe.

**Pour quel poste ?**

Vous assister le responsable des opérations dans la gestion de projet.
La principale mission est de faciliter et de fluidifier l'avancement des actions. Vous intervenez sur l'aspect organisationnel d'un projet, identifiez des risques, des besoins et des ressources, définissez les plannings, et veillez à la qualité du projet et au bon respect du cahier des charges. Vous accompagnez la conduite du changement selon la stratégie de l'entreprise.

**Missions ?**
- Créer des reporting et des états d'avancement sur le ou les projets suivis
- Suivre et vérifier l'avancement du projet (qualité / cout / délai) et le respect du cahier des charges
- Communiquer sur l'avancée du projet
- Suivre les risques du projet et évaluer la criticité
- Élaborer et déployer des méthodes de résolutions de problèmes
- Assurer la qualité du projet
- Accompagner la conduite du changement
- Définir des actions de formation/sensibilisation utilisateur
- Mettre en place et piloter le dispositif de contrôle du respect des procédures et des méthodes.

Vous êtes autonome et bon communicant. Vous êtes expérimenté dans la gestion de projet et vous maîtrisez les outils de la suite Office.

Vous êtes rigoureux et possédez un esprit de synhèse. Vous êtes également proactif et dynamique.

Un epremière expérience dans l'industrie serait un plus.

Nous travaillons sur 35 heures, réparties du lundi au vendredi midi, en horaires flexibles, de manière à concilier facilement vie pro et vie perso.

Tickets restaurant, 2 jours de congé offerts par an
