Since the establishment of Sparteo, four solutions have already been introduced: Viously for video, Voxeus for audio, Actirise for display, and FastCMP our consent management platform.

- Lead the Viously technical team.
- Collaborate with the CTO and leadership team to craft a strategic vision for engineering, in line with company objectives and strategy.
- Ensure the efficient technical implementation of Viously product vision, ensuring goals are achieved with excellence, focusing on infrastructure, scalability, continuous deployment (CI/CD), and processes to guarantee platform strength and reliability.
- Oversee daily delivery, guaranteeing roadmap completion.
- Act as the technical authority for our video platform, Viously.
- Bring profound technical knowledge in the video field to the teams.
- Maintain constant strategic awareness to remain at the forefront of the video industry.
- Be a hands-on VP, directly engaged in the development and issue resolution processes.
Your Profile for this Role
- Technical expertise in a video platform: Experience in developing a video platform and encountering scalability and performance challenges.
- Leading an engineering team: Managing multidisciplinary technical teams during a high-growth phase.
- Embracing Sparteo's work philosophy.
Language Requirements
- Proficient in English: Reading, speaking, and writing. Capable of leading a team in English.
Geographic Expectations
- Willing to spend a few days at our offices each month.
