Nos services s'articulent autour de l'avant-vente, démonstrations de solutions, proof of concept et transfert de compétences.

**Commercial.e Sédentaire Value Partner,**
**en CDI. **Vous êtes le premier point de contact pour vos clients, en utilisant vos connaissances spécialisées sur les produits avec professionnalisme et confiance pour fournir une excellente satisfaction client, et développer de nouvelles opportunités commerciales et atteindre vos objectifs de ventes.
**Quelles seront vos missions ?**
- Gérer un portefeuille clients existants (fidélisation, développement de portefeuilles clients, prise de commandes, demandes de cotations...)
- Établir d'excellentes relations avec les clients grâce à un engagement proactif et à une connaissance démontrée des produits spécialisés de votre Business Unit
- Planifier les appels sortants vers les clients afin de générer de nouvelles opportunités commerciales
- Développer les ventes
- Fournir des devis précis et opportuns aux clients
- Générer et posséder un pipeline d'affaires dans le système CRM de Tech Data, qui est régulièrement révisé et mis à jour par vos soins
- Gérer les attentes et les rapports sur les litiges clients
- Établir des relations proactives avec les principaux contacts internes et externes
- Fournir, vendre et négocier des informations sur les produits, les prix, les offres spéciales et les promotions
- Atteindre les objectifs mensuels et trimestriels de chiffre d'affaires et de marge
- Vendre les avantages de l'utilisation de Tech Data et de la proposition de valeur de l'entreprise
- Élaborer et exécuter des plans de comptes afin de maintenir et d'accroître les activités des clients, ce qui peut se faire en collaboration avec un commercial terrain.
**Quel profil recherchons-nous ?**
Expérience:
- Première expérience réussie sur un poste similaire
Diplômes:
- Bac+2 en commerce/vente ou autodidacte
Connaissances, compétences et aptitudes requises:
- Vous possédez des aptitudes commerciales, avec un excellent contact téléphonique,
- Vous êtes un excellent communiquant aussi bien à l'aise à l'écrit et à l'oral,
- Vous avez une aisance relationnelle par téléphone,
- Vous appréciez le travail en équipe et avez la capacité à gérer vos priorités,
- Vous maitrisez le pack office et disposez d'une première expérience des systèmes informatiques commerciales dans l'idéal (CRM, SAP...),
- L'Anglais est un plus,
- Une connaissance de l'écosystème IT est un plus.
