YOUR ROLEAs Payment partnerships manager, you will BE responsible for leading the strategic, operational and financial relationships with our payment schemes partners (including international MasterCard/Visa and local schemes worldwide).You will report to the Open Innovation and Industry relationships manager, within the Digital payments team and Marketing & Strategy department at Edenred headquarter.

Within Group Marketing & Strategy department, the Digital payments team, led by the Group Digital Products and Payment Director, is working on payment technologies strategy, digital innovation (e.g. mobile payment, direct payment, E-Merchants business Development, API services) and on new opportunities' experimentation for the Group.

As Payment partnerships Manager, you will BE in charge of :
Scheme management- Developing and strengthening the Edenred global strategy with payment scheme companies

  • With public affairs and legal teams, following regulations changes and assessing impacts for payment scheme strategy (e.g. European Payment Services Directive 3)
  • Insuring Edenred networking in payment ecosystems (e.g. events, forum discussions, business fairs)
  • Managing our European Banking Association membership by taking part in working groups
  • Managing daily relationships with our payment schemes partners and maintaining positive business relationships
  • Guaranteeing our contracts' performance and good execution
  • Reporting and analyzing volumes and costs monitoring and improving the performance of the contracts with the local/global financial teams
  • Prioritizing operational topics and bringing solutions (e.g. mandates compliance, global waivers management)
  • Leading innovative workshops with the partners and identifying business opportunities
  • Supporting the internal Edenred teams (Local Business Units and Business Lines) around the world with your expertise on payment scheme
  • Leading local/ global governance on each contract with financial departments in charge
  • Supporting local/business lines products teams with new products rollout with the scheme partners
  • Ensuring longterm contracts' performance, working with legal and Purchase departments
Industry partnership management- Supporting digital products manager and Business Lines, identity and engage with relevant partners to accelerate Edenred platform development

  • Define and rollout playbook for partnership management

YOUR PROFILEYou have 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar function, or as senior Analyst/ Account manager at a payment scheme company.

Education and background- Master's degree (BA, Economics, Finance)

  • Strong experience in payment industry, and in particular payment schemes
Hard skills- Strong capabilities with Excel and financial data computing/data reporting with data visualization tool (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)

  • Synthesis and redaction capabilities (management of Clevel deliverables)
  • Strong oral and written communication
  • Project management
  • Business model design
Soft skills- Rigorous and reactive

  • Strategic thinking and strong analysis capabilities
  • Ability to navigate through our large organization and transversal management
  • Good communicator and influencer
  • Strong negotiation skills

Languages required :
