Rattaché(e) à la Direction Juridique et Financière, le **HR Manager** a pour mission de garantir la mise en œuvre de la politique Ressources Humaines de la société qui s'inscrit dans le cadre des orientations stratégiques de la société, sur un périmètre de 15 collaborateurs aujourd'hui et 50 pour 2025.

**Missions principales du HR Manager**:

- Gère l'administration du personnel et de la paie ;
- Coordonne et participe à la mise en oeuvre des dossiers des personnels (situation administrative, gestion des carrières, dossiers maladie, dossiers retraite,) ;
- Suit les dossiers complexes ;
- Met en oeuvre les processus de Gestion et de développement des carrières ;
- Pilote la gestion des compétences ;
- Gère les situations complexes et précontentieuses, en lien avec les conseils externes de l'entreprise ;
- Pilote la prise en charge des dossiers tels Rapport Égalité Professionnelle et garantir le reporting des indicateurs relevant de votre périmètre ;
- Assure le déploiement de la politique sociale en cohérence avec les axes stratégiques de l'entreprise dans le respect de la législation sociale.

Profil recherché

**Formation**:
Formation supérieure Bac+5 en RH, droit du travail, psychologie, sociologie ou sciences sociales.

**Compétences**:
Maîtrise de l'anglais (écrit et oral) souhaitée : interaction à venir avec équipe.

Connaissance en Droit social.

Connaissance de la paie et administration du personnel.

Compréhension parfaite des enjeux RH.

**Expérience**:

- Profil entrepreneurial avec une expérience d'au moins 5 ans sur un poste de responsable Paie et Administration du Personnel avec potentiel d'évolution ou expérience de RRH avec une connaissance de l'administration du personnel et paie, idéalement dans le secteur de la santé ou prestations de services.

En forgeant des partenariats stratégiques avec des sociétés pharmaceutiques et biotechnologiques internationales, la société pharmaceutique s'engage dans des coentreprises et introduit des solutions disruptives, personnalisées ou clé en main conçues pour rationaliser le processus afin d'apporter rapidement de nouveaux traitements qui changent la vie des personnes qui en ont besoin dans toute l'Europe.

De nombreux médicaments approuvés par la FDA et commercialisés aux États-Unis n'ont pas encore reçu d'autorisation de mise sur le marché en Europe ou ne sont pas encore mis à la disposition des patients de l'UE. Certaines sociétés biopharmaceutiques qui ont lancé leur produit aux États-Unis entrevoient le marché européen comme une source de croissance significative mais perçoivent ce marché comme fragmenté et complexe, composé de tous les différents États membres.
