**Missions**:
En tant Process Manager Officer, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la gestion efficace et réussie de nos projets de développement des produits pharmaceutiques. Vous serez responsable de superviser et de coordonner différents projets dans le respect des délais, du budget et des normes de qualité élevées. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes interfonctionnelles pour assurer la mise en œuvre réussie des projets, tout en garantissant la conformité aux réglementations du secteur pharmaceutique.
Vos responsabilités comprendront:
- Superviser la gestion globale des projets pharmaceutiques assignés, en veillant à ce que les objectifs soient atteints dans les délais impartis.
- Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des normes et des processus communs pour la gestion de projets au sein de l'organisation.
- Suivre l'avancement des projets, identifier les risques potentiels et proposer des mesures d'atténuation appropriées.
- Allouer efficacement les ressources nécessaires aux projets en collaboration avec les parties prenantes.
- Assurer l'alignement des projets avec la stratégie globale de l'entreprise pharmaceutique.
- Encourager l'adoption de meilleures pratiques de gestion de projets au sein de l'équipe.
- Fournir des rapports réguliers sur l'état d'avancement des projets à la direction et aux parties prenantes concernées.
- Offrir des formations et un soutien aux équipes de projet pour développer une culture de gestion de projets professionnelle.
**Profil**:
- Diplôme universitaire en sciences pharmaceutiques, gestion de projets ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Expérience significative en gestion de projets dans l'industrie pharmaceutique.
- Solide connaissance des réglementations pharmaceutiques et des bonnes pratiques de fabrication (BPF).
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en leadership pour travailler efficacement avec des équipes interfonctionnelles.
- Capacité démontrée à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément et à respecter les échéances.
- Maîtrise des outils de gestion de projets tels que Microsoft Project ou équivalent.
- Certifications en gestion de projets (par ex. PMP) constituerait un atout.
