Job Description

We are seeking a Project Manager for New Construction for the chemical industry.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating various projects, from the study phase to the construction phase, for a major industrial client.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Study and planning:
    • Developing implantation plans (process, piping, general installation)
    • Writing technical specifications
    • Technical analysis of supplier offers
    • Cost estimation
    • Order tracking (validation of technical documents)
  • Pilotage des interfaces:
    • External companies: suppliers, subcontractors
    • Internal: process, utilities, piping, electricity, automation, methods
  • Site supervision:
    • Receiving equipment/locations
    • Tracking work progress in all trades (process, piping, GC, mechanics, carpentry)
    • Supervising qualification phases (FAT/SAT/QI/QO/QP)
    • Commissioning equipment
Requirements:
  • Engineering degree or technical background with relevant experience
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the chemical industry
  • Previous experience as a project manager
  • Knowledge of BPF and GMP reference frameworks
