Twoje kluczowe obowiązki:
budowanie kultury bezpieczeństwa w całej firmie
przeprowadzanie regularnych analiz w celu przewidywania potencjalnych zagrożeń dla firmy,
zabezpieczanie i wspieranie lokalnych zespołów operacyjnych we wszystkich kwestiach bezpieczeństwa fizycznego i logicznego,
zapewnienie ciągłej zgodności z wewnętrznymi i zewnętrznymi wymogami bezpieczeństwa, takimi jak ISO27001, ISO14298, GIE CB, PCI, GSM i korporacyjnymi politykami bezpieczeństwa Thales DIS oraz wymogami klientów,
współpraca z agencjami certyfikującymi w zakresie wewnętrznych i zewnętrznych audytów firmy,
opracowanie, wdrażanie, utrzymywanie i poprawa procesów, praktyk i polityk bezpieczeństwa w celu zmniejszenia ryzyka,

minimum 3 lata doświadczenia jako Dyrektor ds. Bezpieczeństwa, lub podobnym w korporacyjnym środowisku bezpieczeństwa,
doświadczenie i umiejętności zarządzania oraz motywowania podległych pracowników,
dobra znajomość języka angielskiego (poziom co najmniej B2),
doświadczenie w zakresie systemów zarządzania bezpieczeństwem informacji, sieci i infrastruktury IT,
doświadczenie w zakresie systemów zarządzania bezpieczeństwem fizycznym,
doskonałe umiejętności interpersonalne oraz umiejętność komunikowania koncepcji związanych z bezpieczeństwem i ryzykiem odbiorcom o profilu technicznym i nietechnicznym,
doświadczenie w negocjacjach umów i z dostawcami,
wysoki poziom uczciwości osobistej, a także umiejętność profesjonalnego postępowania w sprawach poufnych oraz wykazywania się odpowiednim poziomem osądu i dojrzałości,
umiejętność spokojnego i szybkiego reagowania w sytuacjach kryzysowych,
niekaralność
wykształcenie wyższe (co najmniej tytuł licencjata na kierunku związanym z administracją biznesową, technologią lub bezpieczeństwem),
certyfikaty dotyczące zarządzania bezpieczeństwem, takie jak Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).
