**Oversight, c'est quoi ?**

Oversight accompagne les hôtels dans la mise en place et le suivi d'un modèle de gestion innovant, inspiré de celui du _lean management_ et reposant sur 3 piliers:

- Le management horizontal : les fonctions clés (marketing, ventes, sales) sont assurées au sein de l'hôtel par 3 spécialistes - les _Officers_ - focalisés sur leur mission.
- Les outils digitaux : une sélection des meilleurs outils numériques sont déployés au sein de l'hôtel afin de garantir une adaptation continue aux évolutions du secteur.
- Le data monitoring : les données générées par les outils sont traitées en temps réel afin de faciliter la prise de décision et d'optimiser la gestion de l'établissement.

Oversight intervient en accompagnement des hôtels sur de nombreux sujets tels que les ventes, le marketing, la comptabilité, les ressources humaines, le juridique ou encore les travaux.

Créé en 2017, Oversight accompagne aujourd'hui 17 hôtels et poursuit sa croissance rapide

**Description du poste**:
Le Knowledge Management est un élément clé de notre stratégie. Les activités hôtelières sont riches de connaissances au sens large (fichiers, procédures, bonnes pratiques, etc.) et Oversight a pour but de les rendre accessibles dans tous les hôtels qu'il accompagne dans un objectif d'amélioration continue et de développement des compétences

Sous l'encadrement du Knowledge & Collaboration Manager, tu as pour mission de favoriser la création, le partage et la capitalisation des connaissances au sein des hôtels accompagnés par Oversight mais aussi au sein de notre équipe.

Pour cela ton principal outil sera notre plateforme de partage de connaissances, **Elium**, que tu devras gérer et animer au quotidien.

Tu interviens alors sur les missions suivantes:

- Identifier les besoins des utilisateurs au sein des hôtels et chez Oversight en termes de contenus, et animer leurs créations
- Veiller à la qualité du contenu publié et à sa bonne diffusion
- Favoriser au maximum le partage de connaissances parmi la communauté par diverses actions de gamification, et ainsi stimuler la création de contenu
- Former les nouveaux collaborateurs à la plateforme
- Analyser les statistiques d'utilisation mensuelles
- Identifier les améliorations produits afin de les remonter au prestataire
- Accompagner l'onboarding d'un nouvel hôtel rejoignant la communauté Oversight pour transitionner le savoir vers Elium et former au partage de connaissances.

Mais tu seras également amené(e) à travailler sur des projets transverses visant à développer les connaissances au sein des équipes, dont par exemple:

- Assurer le suivi et le développement des compétences des collaborateurs des hôtels
- Mener des actions de sensibilisation et accompagner dans la mise en place de projets RSE au sein du réseau Oversight
- Aider en support à des actions marketing pour Oversight

**Profil recherché**:
**Qui es-tu ?**
- Formation supérieure (bac +3)
- Tu as une première expérience en hôtellerie et tu as une bonne connaissance de ses métiers, ses procédures, ses outils,
- Créativité, curiosité et autonomie t'accompagnent au quotidien
- Tu es capable de t'adapter facilement dans un environnement en évolution constante
- Tu es doté(e) d'un bon esprit de synthèse et d'un grand sens de l'organisation
- Tu es reconnu(e) pour tes qualités relationnelles et ta pédagogie
- Tu as une appétence pour la rédaction de contenus et ton orthographe est irréprochable
