VOTRE MISSION :

PARTAGER VOTRE EXPERTISE POUR DIRIGER VOTRE EQUIPE, ET ASSURER LA CONFORMITE ET LA SECURITE DES PRATIQUES

Au sein d'une équipe de 6 personnes, vous aurez pour mission de :

  1. Définir et mettre en œuvre une stratégie d'infrastructure globale
  2. Diriger sa conception et sa mise en œuvre
  3. Assurer les best practices et la conformité des normes et procédures de sécurité
  4. Contribuer à l'évolution de la feuille de route technique par des réunions d'architecture et la conception de documents
  5. Présenter les évaluations des risques et assurer la mise en œuvre des mesures correctives
  6. Évaluer le coût et la sécurité de l'architecture et de la mise en œuvre des logiciels
  7. Mener une veille technologique et assurer la montée en compétences inhérente des équipes
  8. Coordination des différentes équipes en matière d'infrastructure et de sécurité : (développement de produits, performance, support et DevOps)
  9. Gérer la relation fournisseur / clients (services télécommunications, Cloud et hébergements)
  10. Communiquer avec la direction générale et participer activement aux leaderships meeting de l'entreprise
  11. Manager votre équipe (lead technique 60% / management 40%)
VOTRE PROFIL : HEAD OF INFRASTRUCTURE & SECURITY (H/F)

Vous avez 7 ans d'expérience comme leadership sur des sujets d'infrastructure, sécurité et de télécommunications au sein d'une plateforme SaaS

Vous avez déjà une connaissance avérée dans la gestion d'une infrastructure basée sur le Cloud, en plus de l'orchestration de conteneurs avec Kubernetes

Vous évangélisez les bonnes pratiques de développement

Vous avez déjà de l'expérience comme Manager notamment la gestion de projets et des équipes

Vous avez une connaissance de base des protocoles et technologies de télécommunication

Vous êtes bon communiquant : vous savez vous montrer à l'écoute des autres et accepter les points de vue différents

Enfin, vous parlez couramment anglais

MODALITÉS

Rémunération selon profil et expériences : 80 à 90k€

Télétravail flexible : 2 jours / semaine
