Ce recrutement est une étape cruciale dans l’évolution de notre agence et nous sommes impatients de construire notre succès avec toi.


MISSIONS

↳ Participer à la mise en place et au suivi quotidien des campagnes de performance sur divers canaux d’acquisition : SEA, SMA, Affiliation, Retargeting. Vous serez particulièrement expert et force de proposition sur les leviers d’acquisition prioritaires : SEA & SMA.

↳ Comprendre et analyser les résultats et les indicateurs de performance des campagnes par rapport aux objectifs définis, et proposer des optimisations.

↳ Réfléchir à la stratégie d’acquisition de trafic et mettre en production de nouveaux sujets : modèles d’attribution, GA4, Data Studio, etc.

↳ Suivi quotidien, reporting hebdomadaire (performances/cohortes/LTV), pilotage du budget et gestion de la facturation mensuelle.

↳ Gestion de projets tech et data avec l’équipe dédiée afin d’améliorer les outils existants.

↳ Mener une veille média, technologique et concurrentielle (outils, formats, créas).

↳ Construction de l’équipe Paid Media de l’agence.

↳ Développement du portefeuille client.

↳ Réponses aux appels d’offres.


PROFIL

↳ Diplômé(e) d’une formation Bac +4/5 en école de commerce ou cursus équivalent.

↳ Expérience minimale de 5 ans dans une fonction similaire, idéalement au sein d’une agence ou dans le secteur de la mode / lifestyle.

↳ Leadership avéré et excellentes compétences en communication.

↳ Forte capacité d’analyse et sens des affaires développé.

↳ Passionné par les nouvelles technologies, avec une expertise solide sur les régies publicitaires (Google Ads / Meta / Pinterest / TikTok / Snapchat)

↳ Maîtrise courante de l’anglais
