As part of our expansion in France, AESC is recruiting for the Project Financing and Loan Management Manager Specialist position at our Lambres-lez-Douai site. Your role will be essential in ensuring effective project financing and managing associated loans, thus guaranteeing the financial viability of our initiatives. You will be responsible for adhering to financial standards, established timelines, and budgetary goals.

You will work closely with project teams and management to ensure optimal financial resource management. Your expertise will enable you to assess financing needs, structure tailored loan solutions, and oversee the implementation of financial plans, contributing to the operational excellence of our site.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting project financing initiatives and overseeing loan management processes.

Key Responsibilities:


Project Financing and Loan Management :

  • Responsible for post-project financing management
  • Ensure regular reporting with financial institutions.
  • Ensure regular drawdowns, repayments, and interest payments.
  • Coordination with internal counterparties for information update/management of deadline
  • Communicate with legal and lawyers for amendment/waiver process

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 to 4 years' experience in the banking sector as a corporate project finance manager.
  • Preferred experience in project/bank finance with knowledge of financial modeling and analytical skills.
  • Fluent in Chinese and English; knowledge of French is an asset.
  • Degree from a business school or major university. (coverage or middle office for loan management/syndication).
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
