As a Health and Safety Group Manager you will report directly, and work closely with the Health and Safety Group Vice President.


You main missions and responsibilities will be the following:


  • Manage cross-functional projects to define group tools, standards and methods applicable to all the group's industrial and non-industrial sites
  • Develop health & safety policies, procedures, and standards
  • Implement the health & safety programs by working closely with supervisors and managers, assisting them in implementing safety practices within their respective areas
  • Define and implement the global communication and training strategy about health and safety by working closely with managers and communication team
  • More specifically, you will act as the central team's point of reference on issues such as communication, training, health and the risks associated with travel and functions other than production.


Skills and experience expected:

  • An engineering degree or BAC +5 level with an EHS specialty
  • A minimum of 10 to 15 years' experience in EHS management
  • A strong leadership to lead and deploy the transformation programs.
  • A successful experience in an industrial environment with proven experiences in driving the transformation of organizations about culture in health and safety
  • An appetite for communication, training and health topics
  • Fluent English is mandatory, speaking French or another language is a plus.
