Tes missions
L'Analyste Fund Management aura les principales missions suivantes :
- Appuyer les Fund Managers sur l'ensemble des aspects opérationnels liés à la gestion des fonds et le cas échéant, à la création de nouveaux fonds ;
- Modéliser les business plans des fonds (création ou mise à jour des business plan des véhicules sur la base des business plans des actifs du patrimoine existant, des projets d'acquisitions et de cessions, des financements et des aspects corporate notamment). Les business plans permettent le pilotage des fonds, d'analyser leur valorisation, d'établir des prévisions de performance, de mettre en oeuvre la politique de distribution, de gérer les financements et de suivre les ratios réglementaires et contractuels ;
- Etudier et analyser l'impact des acquisitions, des arbitrages ou des actions d'asset management sur les fonds ;
- Contribuer à la définition de la politique ESG (Environnementale, Sociale et de Gouvernance) et à sa mise en oeuvre ;
- Participer à la production de la communication financière et à l'ensemble des reportings récurrents ou exceptionnels des fonds, à la fois externes (rapports annuels et autres communications périodiques aux investisseurs, reportings aux banques, reportings réglementaires AIFM, MSCI, etc.) et internes.
