Key Account Manager Parapharmacies / CAP / Grossistes Répartiteurs H/F


Description des missions :


Rattaché(e) directement au Directeur des Clients Nationaux, le(la) Key Account Manager assumera principalement les missions suivantes :


  • Négociation et suivi de l’exécution des accords annuels dans les différents canaux de distribution clients suivants d’EA Pharma ou en projet : Parapharmacies / Centrales d’Achats Pharmaceutiques / Grossistes Répartiteurs
  • Responsable du P&L de chaque client (CA et rentabilité) et responsabilité omnicanal (points de ventes physiques et sites internet).
  • Développement des affaires avec nos clients, via l’amélioration des 4P, de l’assortiment (gamme et innovations), de la promotion, du merchandising ainsi que des opérations conjointes avec les centrales d’achat et les grossistes.
  • Conquête avec référencement de nos gammes de produits chez de nouveaux potentiels clients nationaux
  • Créer et coordonner des opérations commerciales ou promotionnelles avec les services internes (logistique, ventes terrain, marketing).
  • Analyse d’impact et de ROI des différentes actions commerciales et investissements.
  • Formuler des recommandations pour augmenter les ventes et la rentabilité sur les comptes et pour améliorer la politique commerciale.


Compétences et qualités requises :


Compétences techniques & Aptitudes


  • Première expérience réussie appréciée en tant que KAM (GMS, Para, Pharma, Magasins Bio…)
  • Expérience en laboratoire pharmaceutique et si possible sur le terrain
  • Forte capacité d’agilité, axé(e) entrepreneurial et appétence forte pour la prospection
  • Importante capacité d’investissement et de leadership pour se développer dans l’entreprise à long terme
  • Fortes capacités de négociation et très bonne maîtrise des techniques commerciales
  • Appétence pour le terrain



Diplômes requis


  • Bac +5 en école de commerce/d’ingénieur ou diplôme universitaire équivalent de gestion/commerce international


Expérience


  • Expérience requise en vente et en gestion de compte client
