Poste : Responsabilités principales :
-Diriger et gérer les missions d'audit, en veillant à leur conformité avec les normes professionnelles et les politiques internes.
-Superviser et encadrer les collaborateurs juniors en audit et comptabilité, en favorisant une culture d'excellence et d'apprentissage continu.
-Examiner les états financiers et les rapports d'audit pour en assurer l'exactitude et la conformité.
-Développer et entretenir des relations solides avec les clients, en comprenant leurs besoins commerciaux et financiers.
-Offrir des conseils financiers et stratégiques, notamment en matière de conformité et de gestion des risques.
-Collaborer avec d'autres départements pour fournir des solutions complètes aux clients.
-Se tenir informé des évolutions des réglementations financières et des normes comptables.
-Participer aux activités de développement commercial, y compris la préparation de propositions d'appel d'offres et la promotion du développement commercial et du réseautage.
-Gérer les budgets et les délais des projets d'audit et de comptabilité.
Profil : Profil Recherché :
-Master en Comptabilité, Finance ou domaine connexe. Idéalement issue d'une ESC ou d'un Master CCA. Le diplôme d'expertise-comptable constituera un avantage.
-Minimum de 5 à 7 ans d'expérience en audit et comptabilité, avec une expérience avérée dans un rôle managérial. Une expérience au sein d'un cabinet Big 4 constituera un plus
-Connaissance approfondie des normes IFRS
-Excellentes compétences en leadership, communication et relations interpersonnelles.
-Maîtrise des logiciels de comptabilité et de la suite Microsoft Office. Fortes compétences analytiques et de résolution de problèmes. Capacité à travailler sous pression et à respecter des délais serrés.
-Bilingue Anglais et Français
