Pharmaceutical Development Project Leader (H/F)


Rattaché(e) au directeur de la Business Unit Pharmacie, vous contribuez aux discussions techniques internes et externes pour définir les orientations scientifiques de la Business Unit en lien avec la gouvernance. Vous participez au rayonnement scientifique et vous pilotez le développement de l’équipe du centre technique d’excellence.


Vos principales missions :

  • Assurer la pertinence des orientations scientifiques et techniques pour les projets de développement internes et clients ;
  • Contribuer aux discussions techniques avec les différentes parties prenantes internes et externes pour définir les orientations scientifiques ;
  • Manager une équipe de 15 personnes (responsable de laboratoire, managers de projets pharmaceutiques et techniciens) ;
  • Gérer le budget et les investissements du centre technique d’excellence ;
  • Supporter les activités Marketing et Commerciale sur les volets techniques et scientifiques ;
  • Animer des séminaires techniques pour les clients et les filiales ;
  • Participer à des événements scientifiques et salons pharmaceutiques.


De formation supérieure en sciences pharmaceutiques (pharmacien, ingénieur…). Vous justifiez d’une expérience d’au moins 10 ans en développement galénique, formulation pharmaceutique ( Early stage drug development) dans un environnement international. Vous avez au cours de vos expériences développées une expertise en simulation et modélisation biopharmaceutique. Votre parcours avec des expériences en développement galénique et pilotage de projets de formulation et le management d’équipe technique vous permettront de rejoindre avec aisance l’organisation existante en participant au rayonnement scientifique du groupe.
