Le poste est basé à Paris 13ème.
Rémunération 45/50k€ selon profil. Anglais professionnel indispensable.
Au sein de la Direction des Ressources Humaines, et sous la responsabilité du RRH du site vous intervenez sur les missions suivantes :
- Assurer la gestion des Ressources Humaines conformément aux enjeux stratégiques de l’Entreprise,
- Animer les processus RH et assurer leur efficience : recrutements, mobilité, intégration, plan de formation, revues salariales, plans de développement individuel, définitions de fonctions, entretiens professionnels, entretiens de retour à l’emploi, cotation de postes …
- Accompagner et « Coacher » les managers sur l’ensemble des sujets RH,
- Suivre au quotidien les collaborateurs et être à leur écoute,
- Mener et participer à des projets de l’Entreprise impactant les RH, GEPP notamment,
- Développer une gestion des talents et le suivi des parcours professionnels, pour la population de l’établissement,
- Contribuer au développement, au suivi et à l’amélioration des indicateurs de pilotage RH,
- Être relai du dialogue social sur le terrain et auprès des instances représentatives du personnel,
- Gérer la population des stagiaires, alternants, et intérimaires de l’établissement.
De formation supérieure de niveau Bac+5 avec une spécialisation en Ressources Humaines, vous justifiez d'au moins 5 ans d'expérience sur une fonction généraliste RH.
- Vous avez acquis de bonnes connaissances juridiques.
- Votre capacité à être force de proposition et votre flexibilité seront des atouts indispensables pour rejoindre notre équipe.
- Vous êtes enthousiaste, avez un sens de la collaboration dans une organisation matricielle et êtes orienté(e) action et solution.
- Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre aisance relationnelle, votre capacité à savoir fédérer autour de projets et à apporter de nouvelles idées.
- Vous parlez anglais avec fluidité (anglais professionnel minimum)
