Afin de poursuivre son développement, LEANPHARMA souhaite renforcer son équipe et recrute un KAM - Key Account Manager dans le domaine de l’industrie de la santé.


Ce poste est basé à Rillieux-La-Pape.

Leanpharma est un cabinet d'expertise et de conseil de référence sur le secteur de la Santé (Industries Pharmaceutiques, des Biotechnologies, des Dispositifs Médicaux), spécialisé en Ingénierie, Qualité, Génie des procédés, Management de projet et Lean Management.

Challenges :


Au sein du pôle commercial, vous intégrez une équipe dynamique et intervenez sur les processus commercial, marketing et communication.


Vos missions principales sont les suivantes :


  • Consolider vos comptes (pharmaceutique, biotechnologies, dispositifs médicaux ; TPE, PME, Grands groupes) par la fiabilisation des partenariats/projets en cours,
  • Utiliser votre réseau pour développer votre portefeuille client et faire rayonner notre cabinet,
  • Détecter les opportunités de business et les nouvelles opportunités de développement et les prospecter,
  • Rencontrer les prospects pour présenter notre cabinet et notre valeur ajoutée,
  • Construire des offres pertinentes au plus proche des attentes de nos clients,
  • Fructifier le réseau des décideurs chez vos comptes afin d’identifier de nouvelles opportunités,
  • Visiter vos clients pour renforcer la relation client,
  • Manager un ou plusieurs ingénieurs commerciaux,
  • Participer aux salons professionnels, en France et à l’international,
  • Entretenir une veille active de votre marché pour justifier votre position d’expert,


  • En collaboration avec les responsables d’activités :
  • Vous détectez, analysez et définissez les besoins clients,
  • Vous élaborez les propositions techniques et commerciales (Pilotage, organisation, tarification…),
  • Vous consolider la stratégie de positionnement tarifaire pour chaque client/mission/collaborateur dans le but de concrétiser le partenariat,
  • Vous travaillez en coopération avec l’équipe des Ressources Humaines pour mutualiser les besoins clients et candidats.


Profil :


  • Vous avez déjà plusieurs années d’expérience réussies en tant qu’ingénieur commercial ou vous êtes Key account manager actuellement et vous souhaitez vous responsabiliser dans un cabinet en plein développement,
  • Issu.e d’une formation technique et/ou commerciale, vous connaissez le domaine de la santé,
  • Vous avez un Anglais courant,
  • Vous apportez de l’importance à la qualité de service et aux relations de partenariat/collaboration,
  • Vous avez une approche qualitative dans la fixation des objectifs des processus,
  • Vous êtes proactif.ve, persévérant.e, bon.ne communiquant.e et dynamique.
