About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Industrialization Manager to join our team at Novasep. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the industrialization department and overseeing the development and custom production of active pharmaceutical ingredients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate technical files submitted by customers on new projects and analyze the feasibility of the summaries
  • Develop and carry out quotations relating to new projects and/or potential improvements on existing projects
  • Participate in technical meetings with customers and define budgets allocated to each project
  • Organize actions necessary for the industrialization of processes and define resources necessary for production
  • Manage a team of engineers and technicians and implement actions to promote their skills development

Requirements

  • Coming from a chemical engineering background with significant experience in managing and conducting industrial projects, ideally within a CDMO
  • Experience in GMP environments and ensuring compliance with HSE rules
  • Knowledge of standards and procedures in force relating to the chemicals sector and mastery of strategic and economic issues of the company
  • In-depth knowledge of industrial transfer techniques and ability to analyze situations and adapt projects by integrating technological developments
  • Recognized for managerial and educational qualities, with leadership skills to unite colleagues around projects and sense of priorities to make right decisions at the right time
