La direction Supply Chain de la DSI recherche pour son département un(e) « Portfolio Lead Agile ». En tant que gestionnaire de portefeuille, vous serez responsable du succès global des projets et programmes de votre portefeuille, en veillant à ce que toutes les initiatives soient alignées sur la stratégie d'entreprise.


Vos principales responsabilités incluent :


  • Accompagnement et coordination : Collaborer avec les chefs de projet et les responsables de portfolio pour s'assurer que le calendrier annuel soit respecté, que les rituels et livrables soient au rendez-vous.
  • Vision stratégique : Consolider la vision et la stratégie du portefeuille, prioriser les initiatives en fonction de leur retour sur investissement et garantir une allocation efficace des ressources.
  • Suivi et ajustements : Surveiller et rendre compte des progrès des initiatives, effectuer les ajustements nécessaires pour maintenir l'alignement sur les objectifs de l'organisation.
  • Animation des PI Plannings : Préparer et animer les PI Plannings, assurer la disponibilité des entrants attendus, analyser les écarts entre le prévisionnel et l'actuel, et rendre compte des progrès.
  • Communication et reporting : Alimenter les différents comités et outils de communication au sein de la Direction Supply et de la DSI (bulletins météo, réunions mensuelles, comités baromètre).


Profil recherché


  • Expérience : Minimum 8 ans d'expérience professionnelle, avec une expertise significative en PMO, idéalement dans des contextes Agiles (PSPO, Scrum Master, SAFe).
  • Compétences techniques : Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office, Planisware et Jira.
  • Compétences interpersonnelles : Excellentes capacités analytiques, compétences en communication écrite et orale, méthode et pédagogie, rigueur, autonomie, diplomatie, et force de persuasion.
